SAB Prospecton Brewery
A de-humidification and boosting skid pushing brewery biogas one kilometre to the boiler house.

At Harmony’s Steyn 1 shaft, biomass is digested to produce biogas that replaces fossil fuel on site. Renew supplied every gas-side element of the plant, from the membrane roofs on the digesters through to the flare.
Four 12 m Sattler CENO single-layer roofs seal the digesters, two 2,100 m³ buffer bags smooth out production, an Aprovis chiller dries the gas, and a duty/standby roots blower station delivers up to 1,500 Nm³/h to the users with a 500 Nm³/h Hofstetter MTF flare on standby.
