Beatrix Gold Mine
Six Hofstetter flares destroying underground methane at a listed CDM mine-gas project.

Coal-seam methane at New Denmark is released from boreholes that move as mining progresses. Fixed infrastructure would be obsolete within months, so Renew supplied two trailer-mounted HOFGAS IPL1c flares.
Each unit combusts 500 Nm³/h and can be hitched, moved and re-lit at the next borehole in a working day.
